This plant is very clean and highly maintained. Mechanically this asphalt plant paint is excellent. A.C. system is like new. Controls are up dated. There is two conex storage boxes with numerous spare parts including but not limited to motors, bearings, reducers, slat chain, belts. This plant was used for private mix with very low tonnage since installed at current location.
