The tiered design of the radiators supplies easy access and serviceability.*Propulsion System – Independent, hydrostatic direct drive system for each track with 2-speed planetaries, 2-speed motors and integral brakes.*Speeds – Speed selection is infinity variable in each of the four speed ranges.*Suspension – 19” wide, 129” wide, continuous, flexible, high-speed rubber track with tension drive. Unitized, bolt-on track frames, each with 6 pairs of oscillating bogies, replaceable drive hub, and automatic/hydraulic track tension.*Controls – Intuitive Control panel features a diagnostic display and analog instrumentation for all pressure, hydraulic oil temperature, water temperature, voltmeter, fuel, ground speed, and engine readouts. Dual control stations (seats and consoles) provide operator control of steering, direction/speed selection, auger/conveyor systems, screed lift, auger lift, screed vibrator, folding hopper, main power switch, starter , throttle, horn, electrical shifting of two speed planetaries and two speed motors, parking brake, power tunnels, and optional truck hitch. Screed vibrator frequency/amplitude and paving depth are controlled from the rear of the machine.*Hopper – 13.04 ton capacity, hydraulically folding sides.*Dual Feed Systems – Independent, infinitely variable speed, hydrostatic drive for each auger and conveyor systems provide optimum auger/conveyor operation throughout machine’s entire capability range. Sonic Sensors are used to control each of the two auger and conveyor drives while a priming function simplifies the filling of the auger tunnel. Conveyor assemblies consist of solid drag bar chain, automatically tensioned running on forged steel conveyor sprockets. Conveyor tunnel is equipped with four replaceable no-bolt, clamp-in QT Steel floor plates and rear wrap plates, all .375” thick. Blaw-Knox QT Steel is a special, high quality, abrasion resistant alloy steel with a Brinell hardness range of 360 to 400 throughout the entire plate thickness. Blaw-Knox QT Steel conveyor floor plates will produce up to twice the service life as standard steel floor plates and the no-bolt, clamp-in design permits replacement in less than half the time required on competitive machines.*17” diameter augers are equipped with bolt-on replaceable cast Ni Hard half sections. Flight thickness is ¾”. Augers are adjustable in height from 4 ½” to 9 ½ ” above grade by simply actuating an electrical switch. Power tunnels are hydraulically operated, two-stage, and synchronized to retract in conjunction with the screed extensions accommodate extended paving widths up to 18’. Optional bolt-on units are available for paving widths beyond 18’. Front and rear conveyor shaft bearings plus inner and outer auger bearings are Maintenance free ( no periodic greasing required) and carry a full 2 year warranty.An integral pressurized Blaw-Kote washdown system with retracting reel, hose and nozzle is provided for cleaning the machine. The PF6110 also has an integrated track coating system standard.*Smokeater*Operator Comfort: Operator seats extend beyond the edge of the machine for improved visibility. Each operator seat can be adjusted rearward or forward, and each console pivots rotates and adjusts at 2 pivot points for enhanced operator comfort.*On-Board Generator: 30 kW generator integrated into the machine to provide electric power for screed heating and auxiliary power for lighting and other jobsite needs.Options: *Power Extendible Omniscreed 318: a basic 10’ vibratory screed providing infinitely variable paving widths from 10’ to 18’ as paving progresses, with uniform compaction and surface texture at all operating widths. Unit consists of a 10’ main screed section and two 4’ independent, hydraulically extendible screed sections (one on each end and in front of the main screed) with vibration on each of the three sections. Extendible section power slope adjustment range; 1” in 12” at any extended width. Cut-off plates reduce paving width a maximum of 24”. Edger plates and guides are included*Both the main and extendible screed sections are equipped with bolt-on replacement QT Steel screed plates 18” wide x ½” thick. Blaw-Knox QT Steel screed plates will produce up to twice the service life as standard steel screed plates.*Electric heat provides fast, even heat distribution to entire screed base regardless of extendible section position.
