2008-CAT-D-8-T-S/N KPZ- 02162,ERPS, A/C,HT,BLADE-8-S/U-TILT,MS-RIPPER, U/C-85%, HRS-SINCE-REBUILD -2500, CAT INSPECTION REPORT AND REBUILD RECORDS FULL CAT SIMS REPORT, CAT TA-1-INSPECTION AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST BY CUSTOMERS BY CAT DEALER . REBUILD-SUMMERY------ 2007 model, D-8-T-KPZ- 02162, A/C cab, 8-SU dozer, MS ripper with 2 shanks, 85%-u/c, tier 3 Acert engine.The tractor has about 20,400 frame hours of which about 11,000 are idle,hours. The machine worked in the oil sands in Northern Alberta. No rock, Just dirt and sand.We did the following repairs: 1. Installed used, dyno tested C15 Acert tier 3 engine, purchased from Another Cat, dealer, 2. Resealed Trans & Torque (trans had been rebuilt by Cat about 2500 hrs ago), 3. Rebuilt left track adjuster, 4. Removed and inspected both planetaries and final drives. Repaired as needed and preloaded., 5. Re-skinned the dozer face with AR425 hardox steel., 6. Repacked both lift cylinder seals and tilt cylinder seal. 7. Installed new 24² ES Pads.8. Installed new bushings in rear ripper. 9. Reconditioned and pressure tested radiator. 10. Installed reconditioned power train computer module and new transmission solenoids. 11. Replaced all oils and filters. 12. New pins and bushing in dozer. 13. Installed new steering pump.14. Installed re-man water pump. 15. Installed new pins and bushing in lower radiator housing mounts. 16. Had Cat dealer go completely through the hydraulic system, 16. Many miscellaneous minor repairs. 17. Sandblasted, painted and detailed. We had the entire power train removed from the tractor for inspection and. repairs. Over $ 125,000 in parts and labor. All parts used were purchased, from Cat. Part invoices are available..
