Description
- The machine is in very good shape and undergoes complete review and replacement of worn parts to be sold in excellent condition. The flail rolls number 1 and 4 are brand new and 2 and 3 ok.
- Present spare and wear parts are coming with the machine (value approx $ 30K).
- Before selling following work will be done:
- 1. Overall check-up of the condition and the components
- 2. Remove and replace all plastic wear plates of flail rolls
- 3. Remove and replaced and adjust the plastic on the plunger.
- 4. Battery Cat 215 (Tigercat crane)
- 5. Windshield cabin to be replaced.
- 6. Fix some mechanical damages on flail and loader.
- 7. Inspect and adjust drive belts, spring tensioners, pulleys, etc.
- 8. Replace all the rods and chains on the four flail rolls.
- 9. New filters
- 10. Test the machine to CBI specifications.
