Description
Detroit Diesel 8V71 Engine with Allison HT740 Transmission. Removed from MCI-9 bus on September 5, 2014. Both in excellent condition. Approx. 29,000 miles on engine rebuild. Serial number is #8VA400311 and the model number is #7087-7527. Rebuild included 1 cylinder head, all pistons, sleeves, rings, main bearings, oil cooler, timing gears, fuel pump, blower drive coupling, oil pump, thermostats and all applicable small parts. Blower was overhauled. All rebuild invoices are available for review. Motor and tranny has had routine maintenance and very well cared for.
