The design includes a single longitudinal differential lock that provides an optional power split of 50 percent to the front axle and 50 percent to the rear drivetrain. The DA30 offers excellent driving performance in difficult terrain. The permanent 6-wheel drive provides equal power distribution, while the sloping body design enhances stability by providing a lower center of gravity. The body allows fast and easy dumping in all conditions. The independent front suspension leads to a smoother ride, maximum ground contact and superior shock absorption. The articulation joint is positioned behind the turning ring for equal weight distribution to the front tires, providing maximum contact between the front tires and the ground. With increased cabin space, better visibility, reduced noise levels and a fully automatic climate control system, the DA30 keeps the operator comfortable. The new electronic systems, simplified fingertip controls and digital display help the operator focus on working conditions. With the fully automatic 8 gear transmission and smooth gear-shifting, the DA30 is easy to maneuver and control. For routine maintenance and service, the cab can be tilted backward to provide easy access to components. Easier service access and longer service intervals result in lower operating costs.
