The Doppstadt AK635 Grinder is a powerful machine for almost all kinds of grinding tasks, with a high throughput rate and a patented load-sensing material feed. Thanks to the heavy gyrating mass, the flail drum with approximately 2.5 t and 1.000 rpm and the free-swinging flail holders with replaceable flail tips, this grinder is unrivalled. The grinding basket can be equipped with mesh sizes from 30-400mm. The quickly replaceable grinding system is unique and the final product can be changed in less than 15 minutes. The AK635 is suitable for applications such as green waste, yard waste, biowaste, pre-shredded logs and roots, waste wood and wooden pallets. The grinding basket closes the grinding chamber at the rear end; the mesh size (30 – 400 mm) determines the material grain size.The load-sensing scraper floor leads the material to be grinded to the heavy roller with oscillating bearing which forwards the material securely into the grinding chamber. The scraper floor and the feed-in roller are driven separately!Short set-up times (The free-swinging flail holders of the flail drum (gyrating mass approx. 2,5 t) are provided with easily replaceable flail tips that can be adjusted to the materials to be grinded (e.g. hard metal, armoured tips). A baffle plate with teeth supports the grinding process.Easy machine operation (e.g. by wheel loader operator) with exact adjustment and reading of the machine data by a multifunction display. Machine operation controlled via 18-channel remote*.The machine can be moved by the wheel loader bucket with grab and slip-on coupling (only for machines with drawbar) or by the hydraulic drive*.The hinged cooler is easily accessible and self-cleaning by the reversible large fan wheel.
