Rock Systems Semi-Portable Low Profile Railcar Unloader Model 110-LP complete as follows:

a) Low profile railcar dump hopper 8’-0” long x 9’-8” wide x 5’-4” tall complete with adjustable skirtboards; removable grates; adjustable slide gate; track beams with holes drilled for 115-lb track and No. 62 rail clips.

b) 48” wide discharge conveyor complete with Weg 50 h.p. electric motor, Dodge TAII6307H25 shaft mount reducer with internal backstop; v-belt drive and OSHA drive guard; 20” rubber lagged head pulley; 8” snub pulley; 12” self-cleaning tail pulley with screw take-up assemblies; Dodge SCM pillow block bearings; 3 ply conveyor belting with 3/16” x 1/16” rubber covers; CEMA “C” flat belt idlers mounted on close centers at load point followed by CEMA “C” 20o troughing idlers mounted on 4’ centers; CEMA “C” return idlers mounted on 10’ centers; vertical curve with hold down wheel; Flexco Rockline belt scraper; steel fabricated discharge hood with AR liners.

c) Skid mounted, steel fabricated support structure with support leg. 2’ clearance under conveyor for maintenance.

d) One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow paint for all guarding.

e) Electric motor control panel complete with 3 phase NEMA rated contactor at 460 volts with electronic overload relay, circuit breaker, 120 volt control power transformer, hand/off/auto selector switch, start push button, all mounted in a NEMA 3R enclosure.
