The FD30 transmission overhauled when fitted at fitting at 16/17,000 hours
Engine out of chassis rebuild at 15/16,000 hours. Additional oil pump also fitted to allow oil pressure/ flow on steep inclines
No oil burnt in light and moderate conditions, 1 litre per day in heavy dam sinking or cutter bar work.
Final drive overhauled at 18,000 hours, also a common fault was addressed by replacing the original cast internal housings with high quality steel ones to prevent cracking
