Finlay 693 - year 2003 - Fully Refurbished Last Year and since then done 500-600 hours, As NEW.

Log Washer - year 1991 - Fully Refurbished Last Year and since then done 500-600 hours, As NEW (German make).

Dewaterer machine has been manufactured in 2013, again only 500-600 hours, As NEW.

Galvanized conveyors are built in 2003, Last Year New Rollers etc... (German make).

Radial conveyor - year unknown but Fully Refurbished last year, New Rollers, New Belt etc.

Whole Plant is in Full Perfect Working Order.

Static Rinser 2 Deck Finlay 693 Year 2003, 2 deck screen box: Top 6.1m x 1.52m, Bottom 4.88m x 1.52m, last year fully refurbished including all new belts, rollers, sand blasted and painted with double coat of paint, Live Head over the hopper (vibrating grid), Electric Drive.

Liebchen Twin Shaft Log Washer, 8000mm x 2500mm, fully refurbished last year including new blades, reinforced bottom floor and side walls, sand blasted and repainted and just recently new bearings installed.

Washing Horizontal Screen, 2 deck screen box - 4200mm x 1500mm, driven by high amplitude electro-vibrators.

Bucket Wheel Dewaterer machine with capacity of up to 150 T/H of one grade of sand 0-2mm.

1 x 25m Radial Stock Piling Conveyor to transport the sand from dewaterer.

3 x High Quality Galvanized Stockpiling Conveyors 2 x 18m and 1 x 20m. They transport products: 2-8mm, 8-16mm and 16-32mm.

Caterpillar 220kW Container Generator with built in fuel tanks with capacity of 3000 liters.

Electric 75kW Water Pump with capacity up to 350m3/h.

Production Process:

Finlay 693 is loaded with 120mm where material -120mm drops down to the screen and the rest so +120mm stays on the grid and is rejected.

The material then is washed over two decks and is separated to:

0-2mm which goes with water through the pipe directly to Dewaterer Bucket Wheel machine where sand is separated from the water and goes to 25m Radial Stockpiling Conveyor,

2-8mm / 8-16mm / 16-32mm goes from to the side belt of the main screen and from there directly to the Log Washer where they get second wash and from there they go to 2 deck Horizontal Wash Screen where they get third wash and from there washed material goes to 3 Separate Stock Piling Conveyors and the sludge goes back to Bucket Wheel machine to reclaim 0-2mm.

32mm+ goes to the second side belt of the main screen and then is stockpiled.

The whole plant works in the sand quarry with approx. 65% of Sand and 20% Hard to Wash Clay and Production Capacity in this conditions is up to 200T/H.

Thanks to Triple Washing Process the Final Product is Completely Free from Clay.

The Plant was design to work in the in quarries containing Clay which in the process is removed completely.
