2001 Ford F-350 XL Extended Cab Short Bed 4WD EXTENDED CAB PICKUP 4-DR, 5.4L V8 SOHC 16V. The vehicle has a cracked windshield. There is a small tear on the driver side seat (see photo). Decals have been removed but impressions remain. The truck was removed from service on March 30, 2015. The spark plug receptacle needs to be re- treaded
