Rear step is tilted. Some of the rubber worn to metal by pedals. Heat blower works. Inspected in 24'F weather, batteries were too low to start motor. Dash is lose. Heat is good per seller. There was enough power to check other controls. Front tires at 90%, 3 rear tires are new, one at 20%.
