Description
This is an exceptionally low hours Gradall Excavator in almost like-new condition. The rig was purchased new for farm use and sat under cover most of it's life. It is well maintained and ready to go. Mechanically everything is 90% or more of new. This XL2200 comes with a 24" excavating bucket and a 60" ditching bucket. It is equipped with the optional 23" (600mm) wide track pads so it is perfect for soft surfaces or where minimal damage to the work surface is required. Complete owners, maintenance and parts manuals are included. The cab, controls and seat are in great condition but there is one 3" tear on the door liner. The cab is equipped with a summer fan, heater and auxiliary power and all cab glass is perfect.This excavator is exceptionally maneuverable and rated for a 45 degree slope so it is perfect for sidehill finish work. The rotating bucket makes sidehill finish work easy. We used it for trail building on our horse ranch. We rarely had to come in with a blade to finish a trail project because the XL220 makes precision excavation and grading easy.The boom is well suited for loading dump trucks.
