Hewitt-Robbins 6 X 14 DD

LOADS of NEW on this machine -- the unit is ready to lift into place and wire up and run! Hewitt-Robins 6 X 14, double deck, incline screen with NEW bearings and seals from OEM on NEW base frame with motor mount. Includes NEW TEFC 20 HP, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 1750 RPM, Quarry Duty motor; v-belts and NEW hinged v-belt guard (not shown in pics). Includes repairs and reinforcement of top deck draw bolt holes. 90% new fasteners with Lok-Mor's Dome-Loc top lock nuts. Bearing housings and shaft checked for tolerances prior to reassembly. Lower back panel (heavy conveyor belt curtain) removed for visibility. Machine passed our 4 hour "live run" bearing run-in and test. Pictures of rebuild, video clip of test run and time table of bearing temp rise available upon request. Includes side tension draw bars, swivel washers, nuts & bolts, but does not include any screen media. Urethane conversion available if required, charge for conversion will be determined based on system requirements.
