Description: JCB 407 wheel loader with hydraulic quick attach. Machine was traded in on excavator with JCB 190 skid steer. It had been sitting since 2010 at original owners yard not ran. Motor will not turn over more then a inch at a time. I am looking to sell it as-is but will fix if not sold soon. It seems to need motor rebuilt. I have too many projects.
