Description: John Deere 270D - Sitting in Kansas - This machine is nice - the only thing is that the bucket pin is worn out- it needs to be bored and bushing put in. We just finished up a job cleaning out a lake and the pin didn’t get greased as much as the rest of the machine, because it was covered in mud. The rest of the machine is like new, Bought the machine brand new in 2010. It set at the plant for two years with us going out once every two weeks starting it. We had it on a schedule to start and run it for an hour every two weeks to make sure the batteries were up and everything worked in case we were asked called into service. The machine only has 1545hrs. on it, and most of them were put on last year during lake clean out job. The motor has no blow by, air conditioner works great, heater works, bucket is in good shape, undercarriage is excellent, and there is no dents in the tin work on the machine. You will not find a better machine!
