This is a Fleet Maintained Excavator and has basically sat in one location doing one job for it's entire career moving back and forth in a 20' area. All fluids have been changed on a regular schedule. All service and maintenance records are available. This unit comes with a Thumb. It has a few leaks from fittings and perhaps seals.
