Kubota L4240

I am the second owner of this 2007 Kubota Grand L4240. I bought it from an elderly gentleman when I bought his house in Aug 2013. I had the local dealer install the backhoe with a 18" bucket in the fall of 2014 and it has never been used. The original owner used it to carry a 55 gallon drum around the yard to water his flowers. All of the paint is original, nothing has been touched up. As you can see from the bucket, this tractor has never been used for work. It currently has 298 hours. Everything works perfectly. Tires are like new. Has quick-connect hydraulics so the loader and backhoe can be removed in minutes. 12 speed 4wd GST transmission. 2.2L 4-cyl diesel engine, 44hp gross, 42hp net.I am located in Cranberry Township, PA 16066, about 30 minutes North of Pittsburgh.
