Available in 3-point mounted or pull-type configurations, these new cutters make quick work of any job around the farm or ranch. Dependable rotary cutters for mowing around the house, ranch, or farm. Multiple cutting widths make quick work of large pastures or along roadways. Simple machine design mounts to a tractor’s ASAE category I rear 3-point hitch for operation. No tractor hydraulic remote valves are required. Thick welded steel deck provides durability for a long service life. Tough powder coat paint resists scratches and fading. Rounded rear shape of the mower deck improves maneuverability around trees and other obstacles. A single tail wheel on a caster uses tapered roller bearings to handle tough working conditions. RC48 uses a molded tire, while all other models use a laminated tail wheel. Category 3 mower driveline connects to a standard 540 rpm 6-spline PTO shaft. Flat underside ensures free flow of material through the cutting chamber. High blade tip speed provides excellent cutting performance. The updraft blades create the necessary movement of cut material for proper mulching and discharge. Safety deflectors help to prevent damage and injury from flying debris to create a safe working area around the machine. Rubber belts and safety chains are available, depending on mower model.
