Factory Reconditioned Metso HP400
Repair Summary:
– All OEM parts
Disassembled completely and inspected:
– Mainframe Assembly: New frame and main shaft, seat liners, pins and bushings
– Adjustment Ring Assembly: V-seat and fulcrum bar rides rebuilt, replaced pins and dressed threads
– Reconditioned Bowl Assembly: Bowl liner seating surface rebuilt, adapter ring seat dowel holes, new adapter ring and liner mounting hardware
– Reconditioned Head Assembly: Both head bushing bores rebuilt, new bushings, new T seal, new locking bolt
– Countershaft Box Assembly: New counter shaft box, new c/s box bushings and seals. Counter shaft and pinion in excellent condition
– Eccentric Assembly: New eccentric, bushings, and upper thrust bearing. Gear and counterweight in excellent condition
– Tramp Release Circuit: All new Tramp cylinders
– Bowl Clamping Circuit: Pressure tested, kits and cylinders replaced as necessary
– Lubrication Package: Steam cleaned and painted. Currently disassembled. New Cooling Fan/motor assembly, new filters, and main relief valve
– Less motor and liners
– Lube system will need final assembly
