750mm size granite are transferred to (PE900*1200) primary Jaw crusher through (GZD1336）vibrating feeder from hopper for first crushing, then the crushed materials are transferred to (PYS-B1626 ) cone crusher through conveyor 1 (DT1200*25m) for secondary crushing. The crushed materials will be transferred to the (3YK2570) Vibrating Screen through conveyor belt 2 (DT1200*25m), and separated stones into 20-40mm and 40-70mm sizes. Those aggregate smaller than 20mm size will be transferred to the second screen(3YK2570) by conveyor belt 3((DT100*22m)to screen 0-5,5-10,10-20mm sizes stones. the final product pile by conveyor belt 45678（DT650x20m）and those with unsuitable size will be transferred back to the (PYS-B1626) cone crusher for re-crushing by conveyor belt9(DT650X25m). These forms a closed circuit manifold cycles. The sizes of final products will be graded and separated according to customers' requirements.
