Acrowall-80 is a robust and versatile, HDG finished steel frame panel with an 18mm plywood face. Available in a range of sizes and with an extensive range of accessories, the Acrowall-80 panel formwork system can meet an array of configurations for your construction project.

The built in-strength in the design of the Acrowall-80 system makes the assembly simple with a minimum of components. The aligning wedge clamps lock the panels rigidly together and accurately in line.

Acrowall-80 has a tried and tested maximum permissible concrete pressure of 80kN/m2.

The Acrowall-80 panel is built to be more durable and robust than otherwall formwork systems in the market, using special high tensile steels in the frame.

Finish: Standard frames are finished in high quality hot-dipped galvanisingproviding superior protection and longer life.

Compatibility: Acrowall-80 panels use the standard tie hole and connection hole positions as other formwork manufacturers. Together with this, the Acrowall-80 panel uses a specially designed outer profile which allows you to use your existing couplers and accessories. Compatible with Tritec and Triton systems, although overall maximum concrete pressure will be reduced if used in with these systems.

Accessories: A full range of accessories are available for the T120 system including alignment couplers and walers which are also 100% compatible with many widely used systems.

Panel heights : 330cm, 270cm, 120cm and 60cm (other sizes can be made on request).
