Double head electro-pneumatic sawing machine with automatic positioning and electro-pneumatic cutting angle control.
- Blade exit: Frontal
- Angle control: Cutting angle from 22.5° outwards to 90° by pneumatic cylinders, with mechanical stops for intermediate angles
- Blade diameter 500mm
- Cutting lenght 4.000-5.000-6.000
- BLITZ ALVA 550: head tilting from 22.5° external to
90° with mechanical stops for intermediate angles
- Minimum cutting capacity between the two heads:
370 mm (can be reduced with specific software)
- Maximum cutting capacity between the two heads:
4000, 5000 or 6600 mm depending on the version
supplied (can be increased with specific software)
- Blades in widia ø550mm
- Pneumatic clamps n°3 horizontal and n°2 vertical
- 3000 mm roller table
- Microdrop cut lubrication with pure oil
- Provision for forced evacuation of swarf and fumes
- Touch-screen console panel
