FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION (Procedure)
- The finished products get positioned on the slat conveyor.
- The unloading gripper transfers the products on the pallets, which are provided by the pallet feed (chain conveyor) and the pallet gripper.
- The bar chain conveyor transfer the loaded pallet to the vertical-strapping machine PWL-9000.
- After that the bar chain conveyor transfer the loaded pallet to the horizontal-strapping machine PWL-8100
- The shrink machine covers and packages the loaded pallet.
- The marking machine inscribe the loaded and packed pallet.
- The transfer gripper transfers the loaded pallet in front of the push unit.
- The push unit forward the loaded pallet on the roller conveyor.
