In 1997 Euro Machinery was founded by the Haverkotte family and developed into a thriving company, located in Ane/Gramsbergen.

In 2005, the decision was taken to build a workshop and office in Hardenberg, in order Euro Machinery could grow in the coming future.

In 2007, Euro Machinery was sold to the Australian company Emeco to extend their activities in Europe, in 2010 however Emeco decided to leave Europe.

In the middle of 2010 the Haverkotte family decided to start-up a new company in this sector and under the name PRIMA Equipment b.v PRIMA Equipment is specialised in Used earthmoving, mining equipment and exists out of four components: Sales, Rental, Parts and Service. With these 4 sectors we can achieve our mission to get the right equipment for our customers.

The main activities of PRIMA Equipment exist of Sales and Rental of used machines. These machines are suitable for all activities like Mining, Transportation and Construction.

PRIMA Equipment also has its own work- and paintshop where we clean, repair and paint machines. At present we have 35 mechanics in our workshop.
