Description
Product friendly jump action grader with inlet elevator and multiple sizing riddles. 9 different sizes with individual outlet belts. 380 V, outlet belts are individually controllable, The width of the grader is 1 meter. Capacity up to 4 tons per hours. The grader has two shock engines. Old but well maintained. The unique ‘jump grading technique’ ensures an extremely accurate and product-friendly grading process. With every ‘shock’ movement the product is tossed up at an angle and then topples forward at an angle. The product is not given a chance to find its way between the grading holes, which ensures greater accuracy. Jump action depth and direction can be easily set by means of two hand-wheels. You can always choose the optimal adjustment to ensure the best jump movement for the various types of seed and ware potatoes, as well as for onions and other vegetables or Lamyai. The fall dampers asure a product friendly fall. Can be used with boxes up to approximately 1,25 meter high.
