Machine features :

 Heavy cast steel upper & lower main frame
 Standard Throw (45mm) and standard liners
 Crusher bearings consisting of a combined cylindrical roller radial and taper roller/radial
 Cast mantle and concave – Medium Coarse configuration
 Short main shaft made from alloy steel, shrunk fit into the lower mainframe
 Hydraulic protection, allowing the crusher to go to a dump clearance in case of un-crushable material entering the chamber
 Vee grooved pulley fitted to the counter shaft
 Oil lubrication tank supplied with air blast oil cooler and oil piping to suit standard tank
 Crusher feed Ring
 Crusher tools: Lifting eye, mantle wrench, clamp cylinder wrench
 System 2 Hydraulic control system. A small display/plc is used to set and monitor the machines close side setting, calibration, and manganese wear. The display, together with manual controls are mounted within the machines hydraulic panel

 Wedge Belt Drive Assembly for 225kW (300hp) 4 pole motor. Includes Drive motor pulley with bushing, crusher pulley with bushing, and drive belt
