Trio Model WTS6203 portable wash plant complete as follows:

a) Trio 6’ wide x 20’ long triple deck horizontal vibrating screen complete with 40 hp electric motor, v-belt drive with drive guard, pivoted motor base; huck-bolted screen frame with double laminated side plates; adjustable stroke angle and length; triple shaft mechanism with self-aligning spherical roller bearings and forged alloy, crown shaved steel gears; oil splash lubrication system; discharge lips with A/R liners; bolt-on feed box with A/R liners; side tension screen rails with hardware.

b) Oversize discharge chutes; cross conveyors with 5 h.p. electric motor drives for bottom deck overs and
middle deck overs; walkway with handrails around 3 sides of screen; slurry feed box; access ladder.

c) Spray bar wash system for each deck and slurry feed box complete with manifold; spray bars; control valves; nozzles and hoses.

d) Trio twin 36” diameter x 25’ long sandscrew complete with twin 15 hp electric motors, v-belt drives and OSHA drive guards; heavy duty gear reducers with oil bath lubrication; full flare tub with adjustable weirs; bolt-on replaceable Ni-hard abrasion resistant wear shoes; grease lubricated lower bearing assemblies mounted outside the tub; curved trough plate with perforated holes for rising current feature; discharge chute.

e) Portable trailer constructed of wide flange beams with triple axle chassis; 5th wheel pin; air brakes; lights; mud flaps; landing gear; blocking points.
