Rock Systems Portable Horizontal Shaft Impact Crushing Plant, Model 304-4034 complete as follows:
a. Trio model APS4034 horizontal shaft impact crusher with 33" x 35" feed opening; heavy duty, solid steel 4 bar rotor; heavy duty, high speed spherical roller bearings; hydraulically operated crusher hood and impact curtains; fabricated steel reinforced crusher housing with access doors on both sides.
b. Crusher feed hood with chain curtain and A/R liners.
c. Portable trailer constructed of wide flange beams; Cummins 170 h.p. Tier III diesel engine with PTO and fuel tank; v-belt drive and drive guard; operator’s platform with handrails and access ladder; hydraulic system to open/close crusher, adjust impact curtains and power one optional off plant conveyor; rock box discharge chute under crusher; single axle chassis with lights, air brakes, flaps and fifth wheel pin.
d. One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow paint for all guarding.
