Description

This used Vermeer T1255 Terrain Leveler surface excavation machine offers superior production in a variety of applications, including surface mining, site preparation, overburden removal, road construction/reconstruction and soil remediation. This Terrain Leveler can cut an area up to 3.60 m wide and up to 81.3 cm deep in a single pass.

Look how can you save money:

– No Rippers are required for overburden removal

– No Vertical Drills are needed to drill holes for blasting applications

– No Blasting, dangerous and sensitive to weather

– No Primary Crushers because the size of the material produced with a Terrain Leveler is small enough for the secondary crushers.

TOP-DOWN Cutting Technology: Allows the cutter teeth to achieve greater rock penetration. When the machine travels forward, the teeth on top of the drum are positioned over the top of the rock surface. As contact is made, the teeth instantly cut the rock.

TEC2000.2: A microprocessor-based electronic control system which monitors operating conditions, and informs the operator of real-time machine performance for increased productivity and reduced wear to the machine. An electric stroke limiter increases engine control and reduces operator error from the most abusive aspect of trenching.

TILT: There’s no need to level the surface before trenching with the optional auto-tilt track. An oscillating track frame allows to follow the ground’s contour, ensuring a vertical trench on slopes, minimizing chain wear and trench cave-ins.
