Description

  • The Versa Lift 25-35E is a compact heavy lift truck which has a hydraulically extendable frame to facilitate access into tight spaces. A detachable hydraulic boom can lift loads up to 7 metres.
  • Motor CFR 30,000W 80 Volt fan-cooled, AC Electric Motor.
  • Controller Curtis 1238-6501. Battery metre mounted on dash.
  • Batteries Two 40 Volt DC 750 Amp/hour lead acid batteries, wired in series to give an 80 Volt system. Made for easy removal.
  • Charger Zivan NG5 on board battery charger with automatic cut out. Input is 220 Volt single phase and 208 Volt Three phase.
  • Base station, 80 Volt charger to give deep cycle equalising charges.
  • Transmission Hydrostatic with variable displacement pump and variable displacement motor. Pump is controlled by foot pedal and the two speed motor is activated by dash mounted Hi/Low switch. Neutral lock assures engine cannot be started in gear.
  • Drive Axle Rockwell heavy-duty off-road planetary. Machined axle housing allows for direct mast mounting. Motor and emergency brake is coupled directly to the input shaft.
  • Steer Axle I-beam structure with a two rod hydraulic cylinder. The low pressure hydraulic steering has priority over other hydraulic functions.
  • Frame Hydraulically telescoping with heavy duty external plates on both sides of the main frame. Telescoping the frame utilises two square tubes where the inner frame extends and retracts on a combination of rollers and nylatron wear pads mounted in the main frame section. High tilt tower reduces the load on the tilt cylinders.
  • Counterweight Solid, non-removable.
  • Operator Station Low profile left hand drive easily accessible controls. F.O.P.S overhead guard is standard.
  • Tyres Solid polyurethane 28 x 16x 22 Drive axle, 22 x 8 x 22 Steer axle.
  • Mast 2 stage direct lift with a 2 stage hydraulic lift cylinder. 92"(2340mm) of lift, 95"(2410mm) lowered height and 20"(510mm) free lift(with boom off). Tilt 10 degrees forward, 5 degrees back.
  • Carriage Standard shaft type with 2 fork shaft for easy fork removal.
  • Boom Attachment Removable 3 section telescopic. First stage is hydraulically lifted up to 41"(1040mm) high. Second stage can be lifted and pinned an additional 41"(1040mm). Horizontal structure is adjustable to 60"(1525mm) in 6"(150mm) increments. Swivel lifting eye is extendable a further 36"(915mm).
  • Boom Stand Steel Fabricated pallet for removing and storing the boom.
  • Forks Shaft mounted 3"(76mm) x 8"(200mm) x 84"(2134mm) with a 60"(1520mm) taper to a 1"(25mm) tip.
  • On Board Scale Measures hydraulic pressure in lift circuit. Digital read out on dash gives weight of load.
  • Safety Reverse Alarm, Strobe and Front Work Light.
