Description

is a fully mobile calciner that can be used for a wide variety of thermal desorption, calcining, pyrolysis or incineration applications. The primary unit operates at temperatures of up to 1,200 degrees Fahrenheit in an oxygen-deficient atmosphere. The main components of the system are one calcine chamber (fluidized bed incinerator) with (eight) 8 U-Tube burners to provide 6 MMBtu/hr. and one fluidizing air pre-heater with Eclipse Ratiomatic burner rated at 1.2 MMBtu/hr. This unit is ideal for the removal of contaminants such as drilling muds, drill cuttings, mercury, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and pesticides and the calcination of limestone, bauxite, gypsum or petroleum coke.
