Description

  • Massey Ferguson (Amity) 30ft Single Disc Paired Row Seeder.
  • 6-9 paired row spacing in off set position to allow for trash flow.
  • Rear packer wheels (1 packer per 6 paired discs).
  • 0 to 2,500psi downward pressure on seeding gangs, perfect for dry sowing conditions and thick stubbles.
  • Sowing speeds up to 16km/hr. Good smooth conditions up to 20km/hr.
  • 3 seasons old.
  • All discs are sharp with NO flat edges, all bearings have been packed in 2019, packer bearings all good, disc scrapers all in good condition and seed boots in good condition. New primary hoses fitted, secondary hoses in good condition.
  • Excellent for sowing cereals, canola and pasture / hay mix. Excellent for over sowing and use of treflan pre-emergence sprays as the packer wheels enable adequate soil throw.
  • This bar can be setup for for Controlled traffic and split row sowing by incorporating spacers to evenly space the discs at 7.5" across the full width of the bar. Coming to Ballarat soon and speak to Will about sowing capabilities of this Amity Disc bar.
