NEW Astec Portable Direct-Fired Thermal Treatment Plant - 30' x 6' direct-fired thermal treatment system is a fully-mobile, on-site soil remediation unit used to remove VOCs, petroleum hydrocarbons, heavy crude oils and pesticides from soil. This unit can be used for applications such as cleaning oil spills, brownfield redevelopment sites, refinery sites and industrial by-products (organic). The system is capable of treating up to 30 tons per hour, depending on the moisture content of the soil. The entire unit comes complete with: Portable Contaminated Material Feed System, Portable Primary Treatment Unit (PTU), Processed Solids Cooling & Discharge System (mounted on PTU trailer), Cyclonic Dust Collector (mounted on PTU trailer), Portable Secondary Treatment Unit (STU), Portable Evaporative Cooling Chamber (ECC), Portable Baghouse, Draft Fan & Discharge Stack (mounted on baghouse trailer), Electrical Plans including Starters/Breakers and Main Disconnect, Plant Control Center with Automatic Control and Monitoring System, Electrical Cables and Cable Tray System.
