Description

Mounted on a height adjustable twin axle chassis the winch is certificated by the Technical Inspection Authority. A loading lug is integrated in the cover. For operation only the operation panel is to be opened. The sound proved steel housing (74dba) remains closed. This ensures that the engine noise is kept to a minimum. Besides reliability, Bagela winches are easy to handle and have a high standard of operational safety.
Function: The main components of the winch are the twin capstan unit and the rope storage drum with automatic spooling device, driven via hydraulic power pack with diesel engine.
Operation: The adjustment for the cable pulling gets preselected by touch screen. With reaching the limit, the winch shuts down. The recorded data can be printed directly at the building site by the thermo printer or plotted via the integrated SD-Card in the computer system. The pulling speed is controlled steplessly by a proportional valve. Mounting: The winch gets fixed by two separate, extendable and retensionable rear supports and a support jack.
