Description

This machine is IDEAL for window, stair and door manufacturing.
4600mm (15') X 1535mm (5') X 250mm (10" Z-axis) Cantilever style machining center with BIESSE'S ATS Pod & Rail system, and an extensive set of tooling for window and door manufacturing.

Vacuum table configuration: (8) Panel supports with lifting bars and digital readouts, (3) "ATS" pods per panel support, (2) independent working areas with multiple pop-up-pins for a variety of part positioning layouts.

Equipped with: 19 HP HSK-63F type ATC spindle, variable speed from 3,000 - 24,000 RPM, 33-tool ride along tool magazine, aggregate ready, average tool change time 15 seconds, Servo controlled C-Axis rotation, and an advanced boring block with (22) vertical spindles and (12) horizontal spindles.

The base and bridge are extra heavy welded steel frameworks, reinforced at stress points, and machined in single setups to guarantee maximum precision. The X-axis (long axis) uses a helical rack-an-pinion system, Y & Z axes use ballscrews, all axes are driven by digital, brushless AC Servo motors, max. feed rates in excess of 4,000 ipm can be achieved; motion components are maintained by an automatic lubrication system.

Other components such as: Vacuum system, deep mortise and sawblade aggregates, Gladu cope-and-stick insert tooling for 3 patterns, 12-degree and 2.5-degree insert tooling bevel cutters, (20) HSK-F63 tool holders with various collet sizes, Chip deflector for use with non-aggregate tools, and original documentation, PC-based "XP 600" CNC control with WINDOWS operating sytem, color CRT, full keyboard, mouse, large onboard program storage, ethernet connection, specific function controls, and internet troubleshooting capabilities, a suite of Biesse software for parametric and AutoCAD-to-CNC programming may also be included, but details and license transferability will have to be verified.
