Heavy duty suspension with solid tires. Container Chassis Built specifically for the purpose of transporting marine cargo containers around the terminals and across country. Busby International Container Chassis are designed to accommodate varying lengths of ISO Containers. These trailers are set up to handle single and double 20' containers or a single 40' long container. The trailers are capable of repeatedly withstanding the impact stresses presented when dropping a fully loaded container plus a 27,000 pound spreader beam and a 6,000 pound head block onto the trailer from a distance of 12 inches maximum vertically.
