The loader was stripped down to main frame and grit blasted to bare metal, then Tech primed and sprayed with quality 2 Pac valspar high impact resistant paint.
The transmission was stripped cleaned and reraced with CAT bearings, good quality mibra seals, genuine gears,new transmission cable fitted.
Tyres all better than 60%.
Bucket has been stripped and clean a new toe fitted to bucket, new edge turned 80% on that edge, high impact bucket sides fitted to bucket, rear of bucket has been over layed 8mm plate, new CAT wear plates bottom of bucket, all bucket frame pins and bushes replaced, majority of frame and bucket pin centres all sleeved with hardened bushes.
Cab was stripped and painted with quality 2 Pac valspar paint, new floor mat fitted and new cab lining fitted.
New steering box fitted, new colomb fitted, new glass fitted and tinted and factory aircon refited and improved with massive evaporator was used.
Loadrite scales fitted and working will needs calibrating they just haven't needed them for any jobs recently.
Engine was rebuilt by westtrac about 1500 hours ago, new turbo fitted, radiator was fully rebuilt by rethmuller radiator works 3 new cores fitted.
Battery cables and battery boxes modernised to one side, anderson plug fitted, E stop fitted,
Massive front lights and good rear lights, all L.E.D new wiring where needed.
Rams all resealed.
Articulation rebushed.
Pilot valves resealed.
