1500 to 2000 GPM portable fines recovery/removal (UFR) plant with scalping screen, cyclones and dewatering screen on two axle chassis with hydraulic run-on legs; This plant has successfully processed materials from agricultural ponds, industrial settling ponds, golf course ponds, wastewater treatment grit removal, sand processing and more. FEATURES: 1) Five (5) McLanahan Model HE-910 cyclones on self erecting tower; 2) One 8” X 6” slurry pump powered by a100 HP TEFC electric motor; 3) Deister horizontal 4’x8’ single deck scalping screen; 4) McLanahan VD12 dewatering screen; 5) Dual 18” fold-up, VFD controlled conveyors slide out 10’ to discharge the material from plant; 6) Fabricated chassis and structures are blasted, epoxy primed and painted with an aliphatic urethane; 7) Catwalks, toe guards, handrails and ladders comply with MSHA specifications; 8) NEMA4 control panel houses all starters for screens, the pumps, conveyor VFD’s; 9) 4 ea. hydraulically actuated, pin in place, 5”x18” run-on style jacking legs; 10) Generator can be mounted directly on unit for hauling and operation, but is NOT included. *** Some details may vary between the two units offered for sale.
