The buyer will be given a laydown area to dismantle it at berth 205 (area 296).
The buyer will be required to move the crane from berth 202 to berth 205 area at their own cost approximately 1 100m
The buyer will be given one month to complete all the works (move the crane, dismantle and clear the area of all scrap)
Method statement will be required within 7 days of award
