239 International engine. $3750 exchange. New rings. Liners honed and resealed. Standard bearings and polished crank. Rebuilt head. New main seals front and rear. All new gaskets. Fuel system not rebuilt but was inspected. Zero hours. Originally out of an IH 260 or 270 backhoe, may be good to know in regards to outside housing and fuel system.
