1980 National N80; PTO driven crane, outriggers, Rt outrigger does slide in and out. Cylinder is bent and was cut to push outrigger back in. Seller states crane works. At this time truck is non-functional. It is still mounted on truck. Truck frame is double-framed, some signs of leaking.
