Description

Static pile driving rig USV-160 – is the special self propelled machine for static pile driving with pull down force 160 t for piles of up to 40x40 sm and without limit of length.
Static driving of piles into the soil is reliable and easy way of foundation works and forming of guard fences made of sheet piles. It excludes the dynamic and vibration loads on the constructions located closed to the buildings and structures as well as noise and shocks in operation.
Static pile driving force 160 t is provided by special piling mechanism. There is also possible of pile driving into the predrilled wells, particularly at hard soils.

The rig is fully autonomous, equipped with diesel generator set of 200 kWt, compressor and electric arc welding unit.
