520mm size basalt stones are transferred to (PE600*900) primary Jaw crusher through (ZSW380-96）vibrating feeder from hopper for first crushing, then the crushed materials are transferred to 2 sets of PE250*1200 fine jaw crusher, then the crushed stones go into vibrating screen(YK1345) to screen out big material, then the big material go into cone crusher (PYS-B0917) for fine crushing. The crushed materials will be transferred to the (YK1865) Vibrating Screen through conveyor belt, and separated to different sizes. Those aggregate with suitable size will be transferred to the final product pile by conveyor belt and those with unsuitable size will be transferred back to the (PE250*1200) fine jaw crusher for re-crushing. These forms a closed circuit manifold cycles. The sizes of final products will be graded and separated according to customers' requirements.
