this crushing line include all the machine for crushing big stones to small aggregate. primary crusher is PE500*750 jaw crusher, secondary crushing is PE250*1200 fine jaw crusher, please see the following description:
420mm size granite are transferred to (PE500*750) primary Jaw crusher through (LDW800）vibrating hopper feeder for first crushing, then the crushed materials are transferred to 2sets of (PE250*1200 jaw crusher) through conveyor for secondary crushing. The crushed materials will be transferred to the (4YK1545) Vibrating Screen through conveyor belt, and separated to different sizes. Those aggregate with suitable size will be transferred into pile by conveyor belt, and those with unsuitable size will be transferred back to the (PE250*1200) jaw crusher for re-crushing. These forms a closed circuit manifold cycles. The sizes of final products will be graded and separated according to customers' requirements.
