Description

This machine is designed for horizontal road marking onto asphalt-concrete and cement-concrete roads with modern spray thermoplastic while using reflective glass beads.
Technical Features
A rugged frame mitigates the negative impact of potholes during the road marking process and also increases service life. A marking unit, a broom and an operators seat can be installed on either side of the machine: left or right. A broom for mechanical cleaning of the road surface is installed to ease the process of preliminary preparation of the road before road marking application. The machine is equipped with power steering for easy control. The machine gets moving with a hydraulic drive which allows for a smooth adjustment of operation and travel speed with a high degree of stability. The speed control system ensures constant speed during road marking. The machine is equipped with a fuel-conserving and reliable diesel engine by Kubota.
Equipment
Thermoplastic tank is equipped with a hydraulic drive vertical agitator. The tank is heated with oil which is heated with a burner. The oil and the material temperatures are controlled by a temperature controller. The pump with a hydraulic drive is equipped with a rotation control system to adjust material consumption. The marking unit has two pairs of guns. The thermoplastic spray gun is manufactured by Kamber; the glass bead gun is manufactured by Graco. The marking unit is capable of applying double marking lines in a single pass. All connections for thermoplastic spray are heated with oil.
