The VAL-1500-6 is used to remove dust and light impurities and remove oversized and undersized impurities from good grain, at the same time, grading good grain on different levels by size.
The VAL-1500-6 machine consists of a Vertical Aspiration system to remove the light material and six layers of screens. The screens are arranged in two cleaning decks in one body, each deck has three layers of screens.
Machine Details
Feed Hopper
Has a feed roller at the base of the hopper to accurately meter the grain into the aspiration system. The feed rate is controlled with a Variable Frequency Drive.
Aspiration System
7.5 KW Fan motor with cyclone and rotary valve.
Screening Deck details
The size of the deck is 1500 Wide x 2400 Long with two electric vibration motors. The screens are arranged in two cleaning decks in one body, each deck has three layers of screens.
Screens
The screens have rubber balls contained in a frame which are continually bouncing around and hit the underneath of the screens to keep the screens blocking.
Transporting
A tandem axle suspension is provided and fitted with new 15 inch tyres and Sunraiser wheels.
Power
Three phase power 415 Volts at 15 -20 amps for continuous running of the machine.
We can supply Diesel generator sets at an extra cost, or a PTO driven generator set bolted to the A-frame of the Grain cleaner.
Operation
It is very easy to operate and the adjustments are simple and responsive.
