Unit is a vertical fully welded insulated stainless steel dairy grade mixing tank.
Tank has an enclosed conical top fitted with top entry slow speed geared agitator.
Agitator has 2 x 2 bladded paddles and 1 x 3 blade prop.
Tank has a sloping bottom with 65mm dia side bottom outlet 880mm from ground level.
Tank has hinged side manway.
All internal welds are ground & polished.
