Description

  • The GCV 109 has a 1070x920 jaw box would be the largest and most powerful in this size group of crushers on the market. The crusher box weighs 22.5 tonnes by itself and can handle 800 mm rock, so if you are sick of having to grade the oversize rock out of your raw material or the slow, inefficient and expensive process of using rock breakers it is time to consider the GCV 109. Not only will this crusher save you money processing larger material, it also has the advantage of crushing more rock on rock due to the depth of the jaw box at 920 mm. By having more rock on rock crushing there will be less wear per tonne on the jaw plates and a better shape of the stone due to the inconsistent breaking point of stone against stone verse stone against steel of a jaw plate. This crusher also has the added advantage of being available with an apron feeder and a two deck pre-screen scalper on the GCS 109. This combination of apron feeder with a pre-screen will improve your production by removing the fines prior to crushing, and the apron feeder will supply a more consistent feed in damp and sticky raw material, eliminating build up that comes with sticky material on vibrating feeders.
