PREFERRED EQUIPMENT PACKAGE: 94’ (28.7m) boom with side stowed 26’ (7.9m) – 43’ (13.1 m) lattice type jib with offset (0/15/30-degrees), standard wire rope on main hoist, 30-Ton (27.2 mt) four sheave hook block, 7-Ton (6.4 mt) overhaul ball with hook latch, single lever dual axis control levers.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT:
BOOM: Four section, full power, mechanically synchronized boom. High strength, four plate construction welded inside and out with embossed side plate holes to reduce weight and increase strength. Single boom hoist cylinder provides boom elevation of -4 degrees to 76 degrees for easier reeving changes and close radius operation. Quick-reeving boom head: no need to remove wedge from socket.
ENVIRONMENTAL OPERATORS CAB: Rated Capacity Indicator (RCI) system including anti-two block system with automatic function disconnects. Deluxe six-way adjustable operator’s seat with torsion bar suspension, and adjustable head and arm rests. Sound and weather insulated for comfort. Removable front window, hinged tinted glass skylight, and siding right-hand window. Tinted safety glass throughout. Armrest mounted controls for hoist(s), swing and boom elevation; foot control pedals for swing brake, boom telescope and throttle. Complete instrumentation. Environmentally sealed rocker switches. Circuit breakers in cab. Tachometer, rear axle centering light, and 360-degree house lock standard.
ENGINE: CumminsQSB4.5, Tier-IV, 130-HP (97kW) @ 2,500 RPM, 4-cylinder, water-cooled, fuel injected diesel with an intercooled, turbo-charger. The engine controls include one foot pedal throttle. There is a 50 gallon (189 liter) fuel reservoir, and heavy duty batteries [(2) 12 volt, 1600 cca].
CARRIER: Rugged, easy to maneuver, box type chassis construction, with reinforcing cross members. Range-shift type power-shift transmission with integral torque converter; neutral start; six speeds forward, six reverse. Hydraulic four-wheel power steering for two-wheel, four-wheel or crab steer. Split system air over hydraulic disc brakes on all four wheels. Fully independent hydraulic outriggers available for use fully extended to 19-ft (5.79m), in their ½-extended position, or fully retracted. Tail swing only 90ft (2.74 m). Standard 20.5 x 25, 24 P.R. tires.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: High capacity, full flow oil filtration system with a 94 gallon (355 L) capacity reservoir. Three gear pumps driven off the transmission. Combined system capacity is 113 gpm (428 lpm).
HOIST SYSTEM: 474 fpm (144 m/min) maximum line speed, 12,510 lb (5,673 kg) maximum line pull. Integral automatic brake. Electric drum indicators. Grooved drum, tapered flanges, and spring loaded cable roller for improved spooling.
COUNTERWEIGHT: Standard upper counterweight, without auxiliary hoist, 10,000 lb (4,536 kg).
